I'm supporting staff and clients at LCN Group Inc. by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining systems and devices, and documenting resolutions that improve knowledge-sharing.

I've helped deploy system upgrades, manage user access, onboard employees, monitor performance and security, and maintain IT equipment inventory across remote and Miami operations. My work is grounded in network engineering, network security, application delivery, and cloud network services.

I also bring client-facing experience from TTEC/Google and Power22, where I guided businesses toward digital advertising and solar solutions tailored to their goals. I hold an MS in Information Technology from Arizona State University and AWS and cybersecurity certifications.
