Project Manager and Scrum Master at Covalience India Pvt. Ltd. who improved sprint delivery to 95% and cut reporting time by 40%.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Covalience India Pvt. Ltd., I served as Scrum Master for three concurrent teams and facilitated Scrum ceremonies, improving sprint predictability and team velocity. I achieved a consistent 95% on-time delivery rate by tracking sprint health and surfacing risks.
I introduced AI-assisted workflows with Microsoft Copilot and Claude.ai for reporting, retrospective synthesis, and stakeholder updates, reducing weekly administrative overhead by about 40%. I also used these tools with Product Owners to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
I managed resource ramp-up and ramp-down planning that yielded 15% cost savings, and coordinated release planning across project tracks with overlapping dependencies. I worked with US-based clients and distributed teams across time zones using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Before moving into project management, I was a Senior Application Engineer at Covalience India Pvt. Ltd. and a PHP Developer at SoftProdigy & Planet Success. That development experience gave me direct insight into enterprise software delivery and the needs of teams working through a sprint.
