I’m looking to lead Agile delivery and transformation—blending Scrum rigor with engineering depth, using data and modern AI tools to improve predictability, team velocity, and stakeholder visibility on enterprise products.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) and SAFe 6 Scrum Master with 12+ years of IT experience spanning Agile delivery, enterprise transformation, and technical project leadership. I bridge business strategy and engineering execution with hands-on credibility, ensuring teams can deliver with predictability and real momentum.

Most notably, I led end-to-end Agile delivery for a major retail rollout deployed across 300+ UK stores—coordinating governance, dependencies, and cross-team alignment across 3 concurrent Scrum teams. I consistently facilitated core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives) to mature practices, improve velocity, and strengthen team morale.
