I am a Certified Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager with 21+ years of overall experience, including 11+ years specializing in Agile Scrum implementations and 10 years in software development.

I have led enterprise-scale Agile transformations across Banking, Data & Analytics, IoT, DevOps, and Cloud Automation, establishing and scaling cross-functional Scrum teams and implementing Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and hybrid Agile models.

I drive full-cycle SDLC delivery, design and scale Jira dashboards and automations used by senior leadership, and have achieved up to 87% increase in team velocity and a 15% improvement in product quality through targeted Agile coaching and process improvements.
