I’m a results-driven Scrum Master and project management professional with 5 years of diverse experience, including 4 years as a Scrum Master. I lead Agile teams through Scrum and SAFe, aligning delivery with organizational goals while keeping delivery teams focused on high-value outcomes.

I coach teams using servant leadership—removing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement. I also help organizations enforce Scrum rules at the Program/Portfolio level, supporting the creation of self-sustaining teams.

My work includes strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, including Scrum of Scrums participation for technical coordination and proactive alignment across inter-related work teams. I’ve supported Agile transition efforts and facilitated SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demo, and Inspect & Adapt.

On the execution and tooling side, I track and publish metrics like Release/Product Burndown, Sprint Burndown, Velocity, and Earned Value Management analysis to improve release planning. I’ve also built dashboards and reporting using JIRA, Confluence, Azure, ServiceNow boards, and Azure DevOps—while applying practical planning and estimation methods such as planning poker, story sizing, and capacity/velocity tracking.
