What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can drive data-informed recruitment, strengthen employee relations, support accurate payroll, and coordinate L&D to build a positive culture aligned with business goals.

I’m an HR professional (MSc in HRM, CIPD Level 7) with a strong focus on optimizing HR processes and strengthening organizational culture. I’m also currently studying Oral Communication at Lancaster University Management School, building the communication foundation that helps teams collaborate and employees thrive.

In my Human Resources Executive role at Fedbank Financial Services Ltd (Fedfina), I led full-cycle recruitment—job postings, face-to-face interviews, background checks, and onboarding—while maintaining a pan-India recruitment tracker. I analyzed employment-related data to prepare reports, managed employee relations including grievances, and coordinated with the payroll department to support accurate salary and benefits processing.

Earlier, as an HR Intern at Gupshup, I supported phone screenings, scheduled interviews, and created job openings on job boards. I analyzed resumes to assess qualifications and sourced candidates through databases, media advertisements, and employee referrals.

I bring a data-informed, practical approach across HR functions—talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding support, training coordination, and learning & development. I’ve also contributed to student experience initiatives at Lancaster through surveys, focus groups, and student-voice portals, reflecting the same mindset: listen to people, use insights, and improve outcomes.
