What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead FMCG brand growth through integrated campaigns, e-commerce, innovation, and go-to-market launches across international or multi-channel markets.

At Tata Consumer Products Australia, I own end-to-end brand management for Tetley and teapigs, driving market growth, positioning, and multi-channel execution across Australia.

I led e-commerce and Amazon strategy that delivered 40% sales growth and 44% order growth, alongside exclusive online product launches. My integrated campaigns, including Spill the Tea and The Uncomfortable Cup, generated 81M+ impressions and 45M+ PR reach while increasing consideration from 10% to 49%.

I led teapigs' Australia market launch and have launched four new SKUs, owning formulation optimisation, packaging, compliance, and go-to-market delivery. I also manage annual marketing budgets, agencies, brand websites, Shopify operations, SEO, trade activations, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Previously, at Patons Macadamia, I supported brand and product management, market research, NPD, packaging development, supplier coordination, and product launches within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
