Ana Kashyap

I’m a final-semester MBA (Human Resource Management) student with strong foundational knowledge in recruitment and talent acquisition, training & development, employee engagement, and core HR operations. I also bring practical internship exposure in structured corporate environments and academic research experience in employee relations.

In my HR Management Intern role at Maruti Suzuki ARENA, I supported the core HR team by identifying training and development needs across departments. I coordinated training logistics, maintained enterprise-wide training schedules and documentation, collected and analyzed employee feedback to evaluate program effectiveness, and assisted with onboarding and new-hire induction activities.

I’m especially interested in roles where I can apply these capabilities to improve job satisfaction, retention drivers, and employee alignment. Through my academic project on job satisfaction of employees at State Bank of India (SBI), I designed questionnaires, analyzed multi-dimensional satisfaction metrics, and presented HR recommendations to elevate morale and engagement.
