What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time L&D leadership role where I can apply insurance expertise, data-driven instructional design, and project management to drive measurable performance, foster creativity, and support organizational growth in a collaborative culture.

I am a learning and development and insurance professional with 20+ years’ experience leading training, instructional design and organizational development across carriers and franchise networks. I hold a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction and a quantitative research background that informs data-driven L&D solutions.

I have led enterprise LMS implementations, built talent, developed CE and multi-platform curricula, and managed budgets and vendor partnerships at organizations including Progressive, Brown & Brown, Paul Davis and HomeWise. My work blends ADDIE-based instructional design, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and adult learning theory to deliver measurable performance improvements while fostering cultures of trust and continuous learning.
