I’m a results-driven workers’ compensation professional with 6+ years of multi-line claims experience and 3.5 years managing complex lost-time and litigated WC claims across Texas and multiple jurisdictions. I oversee end-to-end claim lifecycle work—from compensability investigation through MMI and closure—while controlling indemnity and medical spend.

At Liberty Mutual Insurance (Senior Workers’ Compensation Adjuster, August 2022–Present), I conduct compensability and coverage investigations using recorded statements, wage verification, and medical record review to make defensible decisions supported by documented file analysis. I partner with SIU on questionable claims by coordinating surveillance, EUOs, and recorded statements, and I support denial of claims when investigative findings warrant it.

I also drive medical management by requesting peer reviews, utilization reviews, and Designated Doctor Exams (DDEs) to resolve extent-of-injury and treatment disputes and accelerate MMI determinations. I manage litigated claims with defense counsel—setting strategy, controlling legal spend, participating in mediations and benefit review conferences, and maintaining audit-ready documentation—while also leveraging my Texas All-Lines Licensed Adjuster credential and multi-state licensure.
