I'm currently directing HR strategy for Constitution Billing and Financial Services and Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center across 15 ambulatory surgery centers in multiple states.
I led the enterprise rollout of integrated HRIS and ATS platforms, improving reporting, workflow, and recruiting efficiency across locations. I also standardized policies and procedures to create consistency in a complex multi-state regulatory environment.
My healthcare HR career has progressed from specialist and coordinator roles at Athena Health Care Systems to HR Manager at Athena Home Health & Hospice and Regional HR Director at Senior Philanthropy of Newington.
