What I'm looking for

I'm seeking senior HR leadership opportunities where I can lead multi-site people operations, strengthen employee and labor relations, guide organizational change, and build practical, scalable HR practices.

I'm leading multi-state HR operations for 18 skilled nursing and assisted living communities at Confidential Senior Living, supporting workforces of approximately 300 to 1,000 employees across Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

I've led HR integration for more than 10 acquisitions, standardized ADA and leave-administration workflows, and coached leaders through union negotiations, investigations, accommodations, reorganizations, and sensitive employment decisions. Previously, I built and led the HR function at GoComputers and managed full-scope HR for corporate, retail, warehouse, and production teams at Devon Market.

Across healthcare, technology, retail, and distribution, I translate business needs into practical people practices that strengthen leadership capability, protect the organization, and improve employee experience.
