At UNIFICADOS, I coordinate three remote commercial teams for ACHS, INDISA and Interclínica, tracking sales, productivity, contactability and other KPIs. I also meet weekly with MetLife KAMs to support continuous improvement and measurable commercial follow-up.
Earlier at UNIFICADOS, I supported more than 100 employees across commercial and operational teams, analyzed productivity indicators, identified gaps and provided commercial coaching. I also directly led teams of up to 30 executives selling MetLife plans and managed leads in CRM Creatio.
At Entel Servicios Empresariales, I supported technology and logistics for SNPC and other clients, handled incidents against SLAs and KPIs, and administered equipment assets in SAP. I also coordinated technicians’ visits and incident assessments, while my earlier work at CAPITALIZARME.COM included client advice and office administration.
