Provided individual and group therapy interventions aligned to students’ IEPs, including writing, updating, and evaluating social/emotional goals in the district system. Conducted crisis intervention with suicide and threat assessments and supported behavior plan data collection through IEP and multidisciplinary meetings while coordinating with parents and residential program personnel.

Implemented student Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) by supporting staff data tracking of target/replacement behaviors. Collected daily BIP tracking data, supported behavior emergencies with incident reports, and provided behavioral assistance for students displaying aggression, threats, self-harm, running, and tantrum-like behaviors.

Trained new assistant teachers and provided day-to-day instruction, positive support, and feedback to strengthen implementation in the classroom. Coordinated with the classroom master teacher and worked cross-functionally with case managers, school personnel, parents, therapists, and community agencies.

Transported students to/from school and followed behavior modification plans for serious discipline issues reported to the Transportation Manager. Assisted teachers with positive behavior programming, classroom supervision during breaks, tutoring and worksheets, and coordinated with case managers, parents, therapists, and agencies.

Supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a College to Career program delivered with partner organizations. Helped students succeed with individualized service plans, academic coaching, and off-campus independence supports.

Handled member/customer inquiries, greeted customers, and provided information on products and services. Operated cash registers while maintaining a friendly, courteous service standard to support customer satisfaction.

Resolved customer inquiries and complaints via telephone by using terminals/PCs for searches and account maintenance. Followed departmental workflows to meet performance standards and supported upsell/cross-sell opportunities when appropriate.

Provided direct care and supervision for girls ages 6–19 with behavioral and developmental delays/disabilities. Implemented individualized treatment needs using Love and Logic and Professional Assault Crisis Training, while handling medication management, meals, transportation, and school participation.

Provided direct customer support by answering phones, handling cashiering, and resolving customer needs. Supported production with assembly-line work and performed production quality control and office tasks as assigned.

Supported juvenile probation casework through client interviews, report preparation for court, and researching resources to meet offender needs. Assisted with home visits, agency staffing/protocols, and administrative duties tied to client contact.
