What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support adolescents and young adults with crisis intervention, CBT-informed counseling, and de-escalation—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to build safety-focused, goal-driven care.

I’m a compassionate mental health professional with over 3 years of experience in crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, and clinical counseling. I’m trained to support high-risk moments with empathy, active listening, and evidence-based strategies, while keeping people and safety plans at the center of every interaction.

Through my clinical work, I provide counseling services under licensed supervision and support adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis-related challenges. I conduct assessments, create treatment goals, and document progress through detailed session notes, and I de-escalate in real time while coordinating safety plans. I also support students at school-based settings, including individual and small-group counseling for pre-teens, and I collaborate closely with school staff and supervisors to plan interventions.

I bring a strong behavioral foundation from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy roles with children and students with autism and developmental disabilities. I’ve worked alongside BCBAs, collected behavioral data, supported implementation of behavior intervention plans, and reinforced treatment goals—while also providing crisis de-escalation when needed. I’m currently a graduate counseling intern and a Crisis Text Line volunteer crisis counselor, and I’m committed to combining clinical counseling and behavioral support in a way that’s both skillful and human.
