At Frontier Health Solutions, I help organisations develop sustainable community paramedicine and community integrated healthcare systems, bridging emergency response and longitudinal primary care.
I co-founded the International Health Research Institute in Malta to connect real-world practice with health sciences research and education. I’ve also contributed to academic quality assurance and undergraduate program coordination at the College Of Remote and Offshore Medicine Foundation.
In remote and austere settings, I’ve provided emergency and primary healthcare, supported evacuations, and delivered clinical training. My work has included remote deployments in Australia and emergency department care and education at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre and Nepal.
