I'm seeking a medical administration or transcription support role where I can apply accurate documentation, confidentiality, medical terminology exposure, and calm communication developed in high-pressure healthcare environments.

I've spent 15 years with Queensland Ambulance Service processing emergency requests, deploying resources, and producing clear operational documentation in time-critical healthcare settings.

As a Senior Emergency Medical Dispatcher, I supported supervisors and dispatchers, managed complex information calmly, and contributed to quality assurance call reviews focused on compliance, emergency management, and service delivery. During a Queensland Health secondment, I provided sensitive advice on COVID-19 Public Health Directions and coordinated Health Care Support Exemption applications.
