Designed and delivered digital health, performance and wellness projects across apps, websites, education materials and service systems. Used user research, workflow mapping and usability checks to translate clinical and operational needs into adoption-focused digital workflows.

Supported orthopaedic and sports medicine services across hospitals by partnering with surgeons and hospital teams to improve clinical workflows and procedural education. Translated frontline clinical needs into training materials, onboarding support, product education and process improvements.

Designed and supported clinical exercise protocols for oncology patients, balancing safety, adherence, staffing, equipment and delivery constraints. Co-designed the Exercise-CC study and maintained documentation, SOPs and research tracking to support compliance and outcomes.

Coordinated day-to-day operations for a 500-member health and fitness facility, supporting service delivery and a 10-person team. Improved client workflows, onboarding and service consistency through exercise, wellness and rehabilitation-informed programs, including health education and behaviour-change coaching.

Managed daily operations and service workflows for a rehabilitation-focused health studio. Designed scalable service systems for onboarding, program delivery, follow-up and client communication, and delivered workplace health and ergonomic programs aligned to individual and organisational needs.

Worked as an Emergency First Aid Responder for the German Red Cross in a non-for-profit capacity.
