What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an EAP Counsellor position at TELUS Health, where I can use my mental health and crisis support skills to support its mission of empowering individuals to live their healthiest lives.

At Grafton Community Mental Health Service, I conducted Mental State Examinations and compassion-focused biopsychosocial assessments for clients experiencing mental illness and acute distress. I also facilitated two trauma-informed care workshops to reinforce staff capability and service quality.

At Headspace, I coordinated student placements and helped integrate the placement program into service operations. During my social work placement, I responded to young people in crisis, completed intake assessments, and helped develop referral pathways and a parent and carer support group.

In my ongoing Paramedic role with NSW Ambulance, I provide person-centred care, complete physical and mental health assessments, and use trauma-informed techniques to de-escalate challenging situations. I'm seeking an EAP Counsellor position at TELUS Health, where I can use my mental health and crisis support skills to support individuals.
