What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote opportunity in business administration, operations, client services, project coordination, or customer success where I can support organized operations, stakeholder communication, and strong service delivery.

I'm currently supporting the Office of the Parliamentary Representative for the Portsmouth Constituency, where I manage administrative operations, coordinate community initiatives and events, and serve as a liaison among constituents, government agencies, businesses, and community organizations.

I've also supported customers and operations in banking, retail, healthcare, and technical service roles, handling transactions, records, correspondence, troubleshooting, scheduling, and client requests with accuracy and professionalism.
