What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service and office administration role where I can support clients, manage records and documents, handle email requests and account updates, and help teams stay organized, accurate, and responsive to customers.

I’m a Customer Service and Administrative professional with 8+ years of experience in client support, document handling, and office operations. I’m known for strong problem solving and organizational abilities that keep requests moving and clients properly supported.

In my recent role at Clear Harbor Calls Center Dominica, I managed and verified sensitive customer information, processed email requests for account updates and cancellations, and directed customers to the correct departments. At KFC Dominica, I delivered excellent customer service, handled cash and processed orders efficiently, and maintained cleanliness and food safety protocol.

I back my experience with training in Public Speaking, Sales & Marketing, and Business/Secretarial Administration, including Electronic Document Preparation & Management. I enjoy combining customer-first service with accurate records, smooth communication, and dependable day-to-day operations.
