What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote HR, administrative, people operations, recruitment, payroll, or operations support role with an organization that values reliability, initiative, and continuous improvement.

I've supported HR operations at Jungle Bay Dominica, handling recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, employee relations, and staff grievance processes.

I maintain confidential digital and physical employee records for 120 employees and prepare documentation for payroll, leave, attendance, staffing, and employee administration.

Through roles with the Government of Dominica, I've processed monthly payroll documentation, reviewed timesheets and attendance records, prepared official correspondence, and supported community program operations.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and bring organized, reliable support to people operations, reporting, training coordination, and day-to-day administration.
