At American Association of Advertising Agencies/AAAA Foundation, I developed Asana-based workflows and served as the finance point of contact for the migration from NetForum to Salesforce Nimble. I also helped build the Nimble–Sage Intacct integration, replacing manual uploads.

I managed accounts receivable and payable work, including invoicing, collections, expense workflows, vendor onboarding, and reconciliations. I audited post-launch data and managed GL uploads into Sage Intacct.

At AEG Presents – Goldenvoice Productions, I managed weekly payroll cycles for 300+ employees during festival months and developed the Fest Ops department’s festival payroll budget. My accounting experience also includes month-end close, audit support, and import accounting.
