What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or business management role where I can own end-to-end processes, improve performance through KPIs and operational controls, lead cross-functional teams, and strengthen supplier, logistics, and key-account execution.

I've built and managed operations at Grupo Lorenti La Torre SAS across IDITEC, Vignelli, and Origo 3D since 2006, serving customers in 15 Argentine provinces and handling up to 40,000 units per month.

I lead procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, administration, and key-account coordination. I manage supplier negotiations, use ERP data and KPIs to guide purchasing and fulfillment decisions, and supervise five direct reports across administrative, management, and operational roles.

I've strengthened operational controls through pre-dispatch checks and daily ERP reporting, led an end-to-end export operation to Uruguay, and coordinated delivery for accounts including YPF, Molinos Río de la Plata, ABB, ALSEA, and Metalúrgica Hermann.
