What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead mixed-method research and benchmarking, build KPI/monitoring frameworks, and deliver clear, actionable insights for strategy, programs, and impact—preferably with cross-country stakeholders and room to grow.

I'm Nicolas, a research and analysis consultant based in Berlin. Originally from Chile and with a background in sociology, I've spent 15 years helping organisations produce the evidence they need to make important decisions: launching a new program, modernising their offer, designing something from scratch, or navigating a shifting policy environment.

My work covers market and competitive analysis, benchmarking, opinion and survey research, labour market intelligence, and institutional analysis. I handle everything from research design to final report, working in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of German.

I've worked across Europe and Latin America, with research covering Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, the UK, Spain, Canada, and Brazil. Clients include Universität Bamberg, Open Future Lab, Instituto Unibanco, Universidad de Granada, Universidad Diego Portales, and Duoc UC.
