I lead publicly funded research projects and apply quantitative evidence to policy, sustainability, and public administration.
What I'm looking for
I've led research delivery for Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences and TUM Campus Straubing, coordinating major publicly funded projects on sustainable housing and protein systems.
On the approximately €5 million FleWoKo project, I designed and analyzed nationally representative homeowner surveys, using regression and variance analysis to identify regional and demographic drivers of wood adoption. I coordinated reporting, documentation, and meetings within a 15-person research team while supervising student research on sustainable consumption.
For the international ProxIMed consortium, I coordinated partners across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, facilitated focus groups in Portugal, Turkey, and Tunisia, and prepared consumer-acceptance findings for policy-makers.
I'm now a Benefits Caseworker and Data Quality Manager at the German Federal Employment Agency, handling complex Social Code Book II cases, applying legislative requirements, and supporting quality assurance across the team. My work combines rigorous social-science research, cross-institutional coordination, and practical regulatory casework.
