I founded and developed a currency exchange business with two locations in Pattaya, Thailand. I recruited and managed a five-person team and handled negotiations with key and corporate clients, including the Russian television network Friday! (Пятница!).
At Get Charge, I developed a power bank sharing business model for the Thai market, coordinated suppliers and initial equipment procurement, and secured agreements with local venues. The launch was postponed due to financial and regulatory considerations.
With Vintage Vision, I established a custom decorative artwork business and managed a four-person team. I also have hands-on experience selling residential properties and vehicles, managing long-term rentals, and handling client relationships in Russian and English.
