What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in field-service software, technical support, implementation, onboarding, customer success, or account support where I can solve customer issues and improve service workflows.

At Rentokil North America/Ehrlich Pest Control, I independently service commercial accounts, use PestPac daily to document activity and manage field workflows, and resolve recurring concerns through root-cause analysis.

My background also includes leading automotive service teams, coordinating repairs, quotes, billing, scheduling, inventory, and customer follow-up. I'm Google IT Support certified, with training in networking, operating systems, system administration, infrastructure, and IT security, and I'm pursuing remote field-service software, technical support, implementation, onboarding, customer success, or account support work.
