What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in account and business development roles where I can help public service organizations deliver better resident experiences through easy-to-use booking technology, strong customer engagement, and practical planning that drives efficiency and cost savings.

I’m an Account Manager helping local councils digitally transform public services with easy-to-use booking technology. At bookinglab, I’ve supported “over 40 local authorities” to increase efficiency, cut costs, and improve the resident experience through booking solutions for appointments, visits, events, resources, and travel.

Before this, I worked as a Business Development Manager at hiber, and earlier as a Territory Manager for Epson New Zealand, where I managed accounts and acted as a liaison between Epson HQ and my territory—retaining, growing, and developing existing accounts through proactive engagement, education, strategic touch points, and effective planning while also exploring new business opportunities. I also have a strong training and product-education background as a Google National Trainer and Google Specialist/Visual Merchandiser at TRO, supporting launches and demonstrations of Chromebook, Nexus devices, Chromecast, and the Android Operating System.
