At Kingmakers, I redesign hiring processes, fill hard-to-hire Engineering and Product roles globally, and lead executive and commercial searches. My work contributed to a 35% reduction in time-to-hire while supporting growth across Nigeria, South Africa, the UK, Malta, and Spain.
