I’m a Public Health student at Texas A&M University pursuing a career in healthcare business, client success, and operational management. I blend an understanding of healthcare environments and regulatory compliance with a practical record of keeping service and operations running smoothly.

In healthcare settings, I’ve supported high-volume, regulated workflows by using specialized web-based management software and analyzing internal tracking data and compliance metrics. I help identify operational bottlenecks and support data-driven process improvements, including optimizing daily staff scheduling and workload distribution.

On the customer-facing side, I deliver direct, empathetic support in fast-paced healthcare operations while tracking consumer satisfaction and managing OTC inventory databases. I coordinate restocking schedules to meet real-time customer demand, and I continue to strengthen pharmacy operations by streamlining order workflows and prioritizing task fills to improve turnaround times.

Alongside my work, I lead and coordinate teams through event coverage scheduling, logistics, and internal communication—experiences that reinforce how I approach operations: calm under pressure, organized in execution, and focused on measurable outcomes. With training in Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), HIPAA-compliant handling, and FEMA ICS courses, I’m ready to contribute to client success and healthcare operations where data and compliance matter.
