I’m an operations-focused healthcare leader with 10+ years of experience across healthcare operations, pharmacy business, financial analysis, billing/coding oversight, and process improvement. I bring a strong mix of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration—especially in highly regulated environments.

In my current role as an Inpatient Pharmacy Tech IV at BJC Healthcare Progress West (April 2026–present), I support campus medication storage regulations, automations, and administrative processes. I partner with leaders, physicians, and front-line staff to keep workflows streamlined and patient-care coordination strong.

Previously, as Manager, Pharmacy Business at SSM Health (June 2024–February 2026), I led cross-functional initiatives across multiple states, improving operational efficiency through coordinated execution with stakeholders. I served on the Formulary Governance Committee to support medication purchasing operations, standardization, and compliance, while directing medical billing and coding oversight to identify cost-saving opportunities and strengthen spending control.

Earlier in my career at Mercy, I served as Pharmacy Operations Manager (Pharmacy Lead & Tech Levels I, II, III) from August 2015 to May 2024, managing daily inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination. I also led pharmacy construction planning across multiple sites and developed a Pharmacy Technician Growth Ladder program to improve retention, engagement, and staff development—work that reflects how I lead: with precision, communication, and adaptability.
