I’m an operations-focused healthcare leader with 10+ years of experience across healthcare operations, pharmacy business, financial analysis, billing/coding oversight, and process improvement. In my current role as an Inpatient Pharmacy Tech IV at BJC Healthcare Progress West (April 2026–present), I support campus medication storage regulations, automations, and administrative processes. I partner with leaders, physicians, and front-line staff to keep workflows streamlined and patient-care coordination strong.
Previously, as Manager, Pharmacy Business at SSM Health (June 2024–February 2026), I led cross-functional initiatives across multiple states, improving operational efficiency through coordinated execution with stakeholders.
