I lead product vision and roadmaps for Kohl’s enterprise Trust, Fraud, Privacy, and AI Governance platform, built around an AI-powered “credit data is safe” experience. I’ve unified OneTrust, consent management, identity services, customer data systems, and third-party APIs into a single platform for trust operations.

I partner across Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Data Science to align stakeholders on a shared strategy—so delivery moves faster and experiences improve. I also drive enterprise platform adoption by modernizing workflows and consolidating fragmented processes.

Before Kohl’s, I ran enterprise AI/ML and cybersecurity product strategy for DoD missions supporting the Army, Air Force, Navy, and other Top Secret programs. I directed “Hack the Pentagon” cyber bounties for AI and Trust platforms and launched AI-powered analytics, threat detection, and vulnerability intelligence.

Earlier, I led product strategy and modernization for global payment and SaaS platforms at WorldPay/FIS, balancing fraud prevention, data governance, privacy requirements, and regulatory compliance. I also established governance frameworks across data privacy, vendor risk, audit controls, and API integrations for multi-country operations.
