I’m a Lead Product Manager who owns products as standalone businesses across B2B SaaS, enterprise, and AI-native platforms. I run the full lifecycle—from vision through commercialization—by turning policy and complex requirements into rules-driven, production-grade solutions.

I’ve delivered over $20M in revenue impact, including $200K ARR from Fortune 50 integrations, $100K ARR from a graph-based payment rules engine, and $300K ARR from a data pipeline update. I design and own the rules engines that convert policy into scalable, user-centric products—especially when shipping against IRS 1099 tax compliance and USPS federal mandates.

Recently, I founded the product leadership function at an AI-native HealthTech and EduTech platform serving speech therapists, children, and families. I set initial vision, built the first roadmap, defined OKRs tied to activation and engagement, and drove month-over-month growth by iterating against real user behavior data.

Across my roles, I’ve paired structured prioritization (RICE/ICE and OKRs) with cross-functional execution across Legal, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success. I also enjoy bridging product and technical depth—whether that’s integrating APIs, operating Kafka/Flink pipelines, or making complex customer logic usable through structured requirements and customer-validated acceptance criteria.
