At Glitter Systems, I founded and architected an AI-native styling platform, from LLM orchestration and multimodal wardrobe ingestion to usage controls. I launched its initial Custom GPT MVP in under two months for $2,700 and am prototyping a React PWA with middleware that checks generated outfits against users’ wardrobes.
At Microsoft, I drove generative AI product strategy for Copilot in SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, and shaped LLM-powered workflows across Microsoft 365. At Airbnb, I led AI-driven risk work, including a Listing Verification system that reduced fake inventory on new listings by 93%.
At Etsy and Blackhawk Network, I led product teams working on fraud prevention, risk analytics, and content moderation. My work included closing account takeover vulnerabilities at Etsy and migrating Blackhawk’s eCommerce properties to the CashStar Risk Engine.
Earlier, I worked on fraud and identity products at Experian, FICO, and other companies, and co-invented a patented first-party fraud model. I bring that experience to building AI products that connect business goals with responsible, practical machine learning.
