Currently working as a Crew Member, I engage in various tasks including front counter and drive-thru operations, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and restocking stations. I collaborate effectively with teammates and apply coaching from management to enhance service delivery.

As an Environmental Services staff member, I contributed to maintaining a clean and safe hospital environment. My duties involved various cleaning and sanitation tasks to support patient care.

As a Crew Member, I managed front counter and drive-thru operations, ensuring dining areas were clean and stocked. I worked collaboratively with teammates, accepted coaching, and actively recommended complementary purchases to boost revenue.

As a Desk Worker, I managed office supplies, ensuring they were well-organized and sufficiently stocked. I also recorded significant occurrences in daily logs and monitored budgets and expenses.

In my role as Floor Staff Member, I assisted customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds, enhancing satisfaction and trust. I also monitored customers for security concerns and escalated issues to management.
