What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry role where I can support end users, monitor systems/dashboards, and assist with systems analysis for process improvements—gaining deeper skills in IT operations, security, and information systems.

I’m an IT support intern who provided hands-on technical support to end users at Mukumba Brothers (Inter Africa Buses), from January 2024 to February 2025. I also conducted systems analysis for process improvements and handled IT support, tracking and monitoring of buses.

During my internship, I monitored the E TICKETING DASHBOARD, helping ensure day-to-day reliability and smoother operations. I bring a practical, problem-solving approach to troubleshooting and user support.

I completed a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Information Systems at Great Zimbabwe University (competed 2025), graduating with a 2.1. My coursework spans areas like Software Engineering, System Analysis and Design, Cloud Computing, Linux Administration, Server Administration, Information Security, Data Mining and Analysis for Business Applications, and Information Systems Audit and Control.
