I’m looking to lead digital-first capability and leadership pipeline programs—partnering with senior stakeholders to build scalable learning-to-performance systems that improve workforce effectiveness in remote, cross-functional environments.

I drive enterprise workforce transformation by building scalable capability systems that strengthen leadership readiness and measurable workforce effectiveness across 5,000+ employees. I partner with HR and senior business leaders to integrate learning with talent, succession, and performance frameworks—especially in complex, multi-business environments.

My work turns training into structured capability journeys by combining blended, on-the-job, and digital learning, then backing it with governance, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks that link capability to performance outcomes. I’ve led enterprise leadership pipeline and succession frameworks, built competency and career architectures for internal mobility, and implemented learning infrastructure (Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors) while establishing cross-business knowledge management for capability transfer.
