What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in L&D and People Operations where I can lead training design, onboarding, and performance management for multicultural teams, bridging LATAM and Asia. I’m available for remote work and relocation within Asia.

I’m an L&D and People Operations professional based in Ho Chi Minh City, with 10+ years managing multicultural teams across Latin America and Southeast Asia. I’m direct and operational by nature, and I focus on building consistent learning experiences that strengthen performance.

In my current role as Academic Manager at Kapla English, I lead scheduling, onboarding, and performance management for a team of 12 international teachers. I design and deliver monthly training workshops tied to teaching quality and programme consistency.

Previously, as Learning Experience Manager at Apollo English Vietnam, I supervised and coached teachers through classroom observations and structured performance reviews. I also partnered with HR on recruitment cycles, staffing, and onboarding processes, coordinating communication between academic and operational teams in a multicultural environment.

My background also includes hands-on ESL instruction (teaching 3–16 year olds), which keeps my approach grounded in learner outcomes and practical classroom realities. Earlier in my career, I supported CSR and sustainability reporting (GRI framework) and handled corporate legal compliance, shaping how I communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage processes end to end.
