I'm a Lecturer at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, where I deliver and assess HRM and management courses while supporting enrolment, induction, and academic administration.

I also lead research projects, publish scholarly work, and pursue external research funding. My publications examine green CSR, innovation leadership, relationship quality, retail marketing, and sustainability advocacy.
