On the HCMC Metro Smart Mobility App, I researched passenger needs and proposed features for an app combining crowd tracking, trip planning, and indoor navigation. Several of my ideas were incorporated into the team’s final product scope.
I designed BPMN flows for the AR navigation journey and reviewed BPMN, DFD, and UML models to identify logic gaps. I also documented use cases and basic wireframes under supervisor guidance.
For FreshMart, I modeled processes and designed the relational database schema, then built the customer-facing frontend with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The coursework project included a rule-based engine connecting recipe ingredients to products.
