I am a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer with over nine years' experience across MSP, corporate, and legal environments, focused on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid platforms.
I have acted as a senior escalation point, managing stakeholders and delivering cloud and infrastructure projects while supporting BAU operations and adhering to ITIL processes.
Technically, I routinely administer Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, VMware, SQL databases, firewalls and backups, and I build automation with PowerShell, Terraform and ARM templates.
