At Capable Point Group, I lead HR systems transformation for mining-sector operations, digitising recruitment, onboarding and people processes through Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Microsoft 365.
I built a Power BI recruitment pipeline dashboard and an interview voting and feedback application that supports structured assessments and hiring recommendations. I also manage HR operations and translate business and user needs into practical process and digital solutions.
Previously at iqbusiness, I delivered digital transformation work across banking, insurance, ICT, manufacturing and non-profit clients. For Jozi My Jozi, I helped design its first digital ecosystem, coordinated multiple delivery workstreams, and reduced partner onboarding from about six months to two months.
I also founded Serene Business Solutions, working directly with SMEs and startups on websites, e-commerce solutions, digital resources and streamlined operating processes. I bring systems thinking, design thinking, business analysis and Agile delivery to complex problems.
