I lead the Republic of Fiji Military Forces Band as Director of Music and Officer Commanding, coordinating operational delivery, workforce management, procurement, training, welfare, and discipline for approximately 75 personnel.
I've led Fiji delegations at Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee Pageant in London, King Charles III's Coronation Celebration at Westminster Abbey, and the PNG 50th Anniversary Military Tattoo. I also led modernization of the RFMF Band structure and managed procurement budgets exceeding FJD 200,000.
I support senior leadership through operational reporting, briefs, governance coordination, budget submissions, logistics planning, stakeholder engagement, and confidential personnel administration. I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce focused on Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, Management, and Public Administration.
