At FHI 360, I’m establishing programme governance, risk escalation, action tracking and executive reporting for STRIDES Fiji, a U.S.-funded health security programme.
At the U.S. Department of State, I managed a $60 million multi-partner stabilization portfolio in northeast Syria. When security ruled out site visits, I introduced blockchain- and AI-based remote monitoring tools adapted from human rights documentation.
In the Central African Republic, I served as USAID’s in-country representative on humanitarian and displacement issues and founded an informal donor coordination forum. In wartime Ukraine, I led a unit and multi-agency response, briefing senior officials and helping shape a $2.1 billion assistance package.
During Sierra Leone’s Ebola response, I worked with government and international partners and secured testing assays that enabled the country’s only Ebola testing capability for a critical period. I bring the donor’s view of proposals, compliance and risk, alongside a J.D. and M.B.A.
