Nemanja Mićić

I'm currently driving backlog organization, discovery, sprint planning, and delivery at Ascent, a US-based financial technology platform. I translate loan-platform and certification-portal needs into detailed tickets, acceptance criteria, dependencies, edge cases, and release plans.

I partner closely with engineers on API behavior, data flows, database changes, integrations, logs, and architecture trade-offs. I coordinate delivery across eight engineers, four QA specialists, and operations, marketing, data, and leadership stakeholders.

Before Ascent, I combined product delivery and frontend development at FunctorNS and Developer Millions, working on AI, fintech, sports streaming, and e-commerce MVPs. I built customer-facing React and Next.js features while facilitating sprints, refining backlogs, clarifying requirements, and resolving delivery risks.

My foundation in frontend engineering and software testing helps me connect customer needs with practical implementation. I also use AI coding tools to prototype workflows, explore edge cases, and accelerate product discovery.
