I’m looking for a role where I can support hiring, onboarding, and accurate problem-solving in a fast-paced team. I want to keep improving through continuous growth, deliver excellent service, and add value with my attention to detail.

I’m a responsible, dedicated professional focused on achieving goals and supporting team success. In my current Amazon role, I support staffing with hiring and onboarding processes, including I-9 employment verification and reviewing candidate documentation. I also guide applicants through each stage of the process while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization in a fast-paced environment.

I use internal systems such as Workday to review and update employee information, and I perform Problem Solve tasks by identifying and resolving inventory and system issues. Prior to this, I provided direct patient support as a PCA, maintained accurate records, and delivered consistent customer service as a McDonald’s crew member and cashier. I’m motivated by continuous personal and professional growth and I bring a strong service-oriented, collaborative mindset to every task.
