I’m a Global Learning Facilitator and Agile Coach with over 20 years at IBM, blending deep technical expertise with a strong focus on developing people and driving continuous improvement.
For the past 8+ years, I’ve specialized in Agile coaching and project delivery as a Scrum Master and Scrum Advisor—facilitating 200+ iterations for financial clients like Bradesco, leading legacy-to-cloud migrations, and helping teams build Agile maturity.
In my current role (IBM Consulting Academy), I design and deliver learner-centered training across Latin America and global audiences, applying IBM strategy and real client stories to create energetic, adaptive, inclusive learning environments—backed by top satisfaction results (NPS 80–95; NSI 93–100).
