I am an IT professional with more than 23 years of experience in IT project management, Scrum Master, and Agile Transformation Leader. I hold a degree in Systems and Information Administration, a postgraduate degree in IT Project Management, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Big Data. My experience includes team leadership, coordination of large-scale projects, risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

In my most recent position as an IT Coordinator / Scrum Master at ASSURANT Insurance, I led the agile transformation of corporate back-office systems, including CRM and SalesForce systems, from planning to delivery in the production environment. I coordinated and led development teams, as well as hiring appropriate professionals to meet related software needs, ensuring quality delivery. I also managed various service providers and provided support to users for incident opening and resolution, leading them to identify the root cause. I was responsible for presenting project status and service delivery indicators to the company's board, using market KPIs such as Velocity, Burn Down Chart, Lead Time, and Cycle Time.

As an Agile Coach / Scrum Master at AGILETHOUGHT Brazil, I led the transition to agile methodology for the American company Autozone. I disseminated knowledge and supported a multicultural team, composed of professionals from the United States, India, and Mexico, in two Squads. During my tenure, I developed training and provided daily support for events related to agile methods, from product conception with Design Think and Lean Inception to delivery using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

I also worked as an Organizational Agility Specialist at VALID Digital Certifier, where I led the dissemination of the Agile culture and implementation of the Scrum framework in three multidisciplinary Squads, composed of Product Owners, Developers, User Experience, and Testers. I supported the Product Owners in the elaboration, definition, and prioritization of Backlogs, as well as managed the construction of Agile teams with high-quality product delivery. I implemented metrics for monitoring and improving product delivery, such as the BurnDown chart, team velocity, lead time, and cycle time.

Before that, I worked as an IT Consultant / Scrum Master at B3 - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão for 19 years, where I improved dissemination and maintenance of agile methods based on Scrum and Kanban, provided training to teams on the methodology and its principles, and identified opportunities for process improvements in software development projects.
