What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own supply chain and operations for Amazon/Shopify brands—running IMS and demand-driven inventory planning, improving working-capital visibility, and coordinating China sourcing, 3PL execution, and compliance.

I run end-to-end supply chain and operations across Amazon FBA/FBM, Shopify, and TikTok Shop for founder-led DTC health brands. I configured and launched Cin7 IMS (BOMs, bundles, batch/expiry tracking, kitting, and purchasing workflows) to replace manual inventory control with structured, scalable planning.

I design reorder point and safety stock models using lead times, MOQs, demand velocity, and supplier constraints, then connect Shopify, 3PL warehouse systems, and accounting for real-time inventory visibility and financial reconciliation. I own weekly demand reviews and monthly S&OP to align marketing campaigns, purchasing, and supply commitments.

I also lead China sourcing via Alibaba and direct supplier negotiations, including freight coordination and GS1/ASN compliance for marketplace readiness. Beyond operations, I’ve supported inventory accuracy, cash flow visibility through payables and open POs, and SKU rationalization that reduces excess and aging inventory.
